This role is unlikely to feature again soon and we are really looking for the best of the best to help this incredible restaurant continue to grow its accolades and maintain its enviable position as one of the best restaurants in Europe.
We are looking for a natural leader, a creative genius and someone to inspire the next generation of pastry chefs to push further and explore more.
