The duties of working in the bar include stocking, serving drinks, making cocktails, cleaning, making coffee, customer service and more.
The successful Head Bartender:
- Has relevant Bartender experience in a fine dining setting
- Is friendly and approachable with a genuine passion for drinks and the Hospitality industry
- Can provide excellent service to guests
- Has a ‘can do’ attitude and a flexible approach
- Is able to work in a high pressurised environment
