Working with the finest British ingredients, this restaurant needs a special chef who understands how to truly work with fresh ingredients at the highest level and can work with farmers and suppliers and owners closely and directly to produce the finest cuisine that will surely see the Who’s Who of the VIP world flock to this restaurant once it opens.
To apply for this role you must have worked:
To Michelin Standard or at one of the Countries most exciting restaurants as Head Chef.
Have a fantastic understanding of British ingredients, how to balance the seasons produce to the discerning palate and how to showcase this Countries very best ingredients.
Be a fantastic leader and ambassador for the brigade and the restaurant.
Have proven experience of working your way up through the brigade and longevity within your roles.
Have a good sense of humour and be extremely passionate about food and British food in particular.
