Food wise, you will be working with the best ingredients, using the best equipment and will have the chance to be creative, surely what every chef is looking for.
We are looking for:
  • A talented Senior Sous or Head Chef looking to lead a brigade of talented chefs
  • Someone who is up to date with Modern British Cuisine, knows what is in season and can use a huge rage of ingredients to create unique textures, depth and flavours.
  • Someone who is not afraid of trying something new food wise and really understands the importance of using our ecosystem around us
  • A natural leader and talented chef looking to grow and learn more
To apply for this role you must have worked to Senior Sous or Head Chef level and managed a team.
Ideally live in the South West of London
