This is a fabulous opportunity to join one of Holland’s hottest new hotel openings!!! Based in the South West region of Holland this hotel is going to make huge headlines across Europe and become a destination for the VIP clients from afar. The hotel has 2 restaurants and we are looking for someone to head up its trendy brasserie. Working with a work class Executive Chef who heads up the fine dining restaurant, we are looking for a special person with creativity, balance and passion for what they do.
You should be someone who wants to work with fresh ingredients, who is a brilliant leader and also can role your sleeves up when needed. Working in a brand new kitchen, you will work just 45 hours a week and have time off in lieu should you work anymore. You will be responsible for developing a team and creating a brilliant and fun environment to work in.
We are looking for:
- 2 years head chef experience
- Experience of working with modern European cuisine (inc seafood and a grill)
- Ideally Dutch Speaking
- Experience of 50-70 covers twice a day
- Brilliant sense of humour
- Passionate about food
- Good communication skills
