Smyth & Co are delighted to be working with this World famous organisation, who have followers across the globe. Working for this companies flagship operation here in London we are looking for a Executive/Head Pastry/Banqueting chef.
The role invites creativity, and passion for pastry and large scale operations. As well as having a love of pastry, you must also have had some main kitchen experience and experience of events as well as fine dining. A fabulous package, amazing hours and uber generous holiday allowance as well as support and training where needed is offered.
The role requirements:
5years + as Head Pastry or Exec Hotel Chef
Experience of manage a team of 20+
Fabulous leadership skills
Understand P&L’s, stock rotations on a large basis and H&S
Experience with volume and managing the highest consistency possible
Can do attitude with oodles of creativity
Good knowledge of working with the finest ingredients and modern techniques
