We are looking for a talented and future star to help head up this popular kitchen cooking the finest modern European food. Working in a gorgeous kitchen, with fantastic equipment and a talented team, this could be a career changing opportunity.
Experienced Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef required
Experience in and passion for modern European cuisine and culture
Good knowledge of modern techniques and creation of everything from fresh including sauces, breads and cures
Proven leadership experience
Desire to grow and learn is key
Good experience of Seafood
