This role is will give a budding Patry Sous Chef the opportunity to develop their skills under one of the countries bright young chefs who has been making a name for himself since his career began.
The restaurant has had a new fit out, has a fabulous dining space spread over 3 floors and creates modern European food of the highest standard all from fresh and seasonal ingredients.

To apply for this role you must have worked in a reputable kitchen, have worked at least to Pastry Junior Sous or Pastry Senior Chef De Partie level and be a confident communicator and natural leader.
Ideally you will have demonstrated you can stay in a position for at least a year and have a good sense of humour.
