For this role we are looking for a experienced pastry sous chef to join a team in a High end Central London restaurant which focus on VIP parties and the real glamour of London Dining.
The restaurant’s food is French & Mediterranean mainly with an lively cocktail scene also.
This position would be 48/50 hours per week severing around 150 covers with some late finishes, joining a brigade of about 35.
