This role is will give a budding Sous Chef the opportunity to develop their skills under one of the countries bright young chefs who has been making a name for himself since his career began.

The Brasserie is very popular in the area, opened all day for breakfast, lunch and dinner serving up to 300 covers daily.

The successful Sous Chef has:

  • Relevant Sous Chef experience in a high-end dining setting
  • A good level of food product knowledge and a great understanding of food preparation techniques
  • A genuine passion for cooking and the Hospitality industry
  • An exceptional attention to detail
  • A desire to further develop their career working alongside the best chefs in the industry
  • Great work ethic
  • A “can-do” attitude
  • The ability to work in a high pressurised environment
