What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or senior restaurant leader within premium restaurants, luxury hotels, private members’ clubs, or high-end hospitality venues
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing front-of-house teams
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of restaurant performance metrics
- A hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the floor
- Professional, polished, and confident in a luxury guest-facing environment
