The Role
As Head Waiter, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring flawless service from arrival to departure while leading by example on the restaurant floor. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Sommelier team, you will help create memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
- Exceptional food, wine and beverage knowledge.
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills.
- Calm under pressure with a genuine passion for hospitality.
