A bustling dining room and outdoor area next to the sea, polished service, strong covers, loyal international clientele — this is refined brasserie hospitality at its best.
The Role
You will take full operational control of this high-volume, high-profile venue within an ultra-luxury hotel environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and inspiring a large front-of-house team
- Delivering seamless, charismatic service at scale
- Driving revenue, guest retention and reputation
- Maintaining exceptional standards in a busy brasserie setting
- Overseeing training, wine service, upselling and guest engagement
- Working closely with Executive Chef and senior leadership
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring presence, polish and personality.
Candidates must be willing to relocate to Antigua.
The Ideal Candidate
- Current Restaurant Manager or Senior AGM in a leading brasserie or luxury hotel
- Experience in high-profile, high-cover restaurants
- Strong financial acumen and operational discipline
- Natural host with a confident and composed leadership style
- Experience in internationally recognised restaurant brands preferred
- Willingness to relocate to the Caribbean
