An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade of a highly regarded fine dining restaurant in Central London. The restaurant is known for its refined modern cuisine, seasonal ingredients and high culinary standards.
This role would suit a strong Sous Chef or a confident Senior Sous ready to play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading the team during service and maintaining exceptional food standards.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven fine dining background is essential
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Sous

- Passion for quality ingredients, creativity and high standards
