Individual Giving Manager, fixed term contract, full time or part time (can be flexible) £35,000-£40,000, Hybrid working, London

Smyth&Co are thrilled to be looking for passionate and experienced Individual Giving Manager to join the Fundraising Team of a London based hospice on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This role will lead and coordinate an effective Individual Giving Programme, including the development and delivery of multi-channel campaigns and appeals.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate to manage a highly successful Individual Giving programme, that has a huge variety of different giving platforms, ensuring the role is extremely rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and implement strategies to grow Individual Giving income in line with organisational goals.
• Deliver direct and digital marketing appeals, ensuring they are on-brand, compliant, and impactful.
• Collaborate with the Communications Team to produce fundraising materials and campaigns.
• Foster strong internal relationships, ensuring Individual Giving is integrated into wider team activities across the organisation.
• Work with the Supporter Care Team to ensure excellent donor stewardship and accurate income recording.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, income, and expenditure monthly.
• Manage supplier and agency relationships related to appeals and campaigns.
• Support fundraising colleagues with events and other fundraising activities as needed.
