We’re looking for an inspiring leader who can drive operational excellence while creating a culture where both guests and team members thrive.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading all front-of-house operations to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
• Inspiring, developing and mentoring a large management and service team.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining consistently high service standards.
• Driving financial performance through effective labour management, budgeting and P&L accountability.
• Working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless collaboration between the kitchen and front of house.
• Maintaining the restaurant’s outstanding reputation through attention to detail, consistency and operational excellence.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a General Manager within premium or luxury restaurants.
• Is a passionate hospitality professional with exceptional leadership skills.
• Has strong commercial awareness and experience managing P&L performance.
• Leads from the floor and thrives in a guest-facing environment.
• Has a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Is calm, organised and solutions-driven under pressure.
