We are seeking an exceptional Group Head Chef to lead the culinary direction across our prestigious venues. This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled chef with Michelin-star experience who is passionate about delivering excellence, developing talented teams, and driving innovation.

About the Role

As Group Head Chef, you will oversee multiple kitchens, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and creativity. You will work closely with senior management to develop seasonal menus, maintain exceptional kitchen operations, and inspire your teams to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Head Chefs and kitchen teams across multiple sites.
• Design and implement innovative, seasonal menus.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Drive GP performance, stock control, and cost management.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing culinary teams.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and source premium ingredients.
• Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements

• Proven Michelin-star kitchen experience is essential.
• Experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef within high-end, multi-site, or luxury hospitality operations.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent financial acumen.
• Passion for innovation, quality, and delivering world-class dining experiences.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
